PRE-ORDER Cancellation Policy

All orders on PRE-ORDER status are assigned an Inventory at the time of purchase.

**Cancellation of any order under PRE-ORDER status within 24 hours of purchase will have a 5% transaction fee.

**Cancellation of any order under PRE-ORDER status after 24 hours of purchase will have a 5% transaction fee plus $100 restocking fee.

**Cancellation of any order QUIETKAT Order  under PRE-ORDER status after 24 hours of purchase will have a 15% restocking fee.
