1. Q: Which devices can Rockpals 300W power?

A: Please note that the AC output port can charge devices less than 300W, DC1 output can charge devices less than 96W, DC2 output can charge devices less than 48W. Once exceeding, the RP 300W will be in protection mode. We need to charge it by wall charger to reset it.

2. Q: How to calculate the working time for your devices?

A: 1. AC output working time=280wh * 0.85/the power of your device. For example, assume your power of device is 50W, working time will be 280wh * 0.85/50w=4.76 hrs ( rough calculated ); 2. DC and USB output working time=280wh * 0.96/the power of your device.

3. Q: Can it power your cpap?

A: Of course, it can. RP 300W power station can power your cpap by two ways: 110V AC plug and 12V/24V DC plug. We strongly recommend to use ROCKPALS DC converter ( sold separately by ROCKPALS ) with this power station and turn off the heater and humidifier to get about 3+ nights use.

4. Q: Will it be auto-shut down once charging low watt device?

A: Yes, it will. However, for this issue, we update it. It will be shut down after 10 hours once you don't use it or you charge the low watt device is less than 1W for AC port, less than 1.68W for 24V DC port, less than 1.2W for 12V DC port, less than 0.25W for 5V USB. This function can save the power and prolong the life of portable power station.

5. Q: Can it be as a UPS?

A: Yes, it can. If do a UPS, the input is 78W, the output only be 78W or less than 78W can be power constantly.

6. Q: Can it connect with other equipments while charged by your solar panel?

A: Normally, when the solar energy is enough, it's ok to connect with other devices.

7. Which CPAP machine can Rockpals 300w power?

RP300W only works for CPAP whose rated power is below 96W. If your machine is over 96W, there is only AC port used (96W~300W). The working time of your CPAP is depending on the running power of your CPAP.

8. If my USB device is 1A input, will the 2A output of this charger damage it?

No.This charger has intelligent charging which detects your device and supply exactly current it needs. If your phone only accepts 1A, the charger will deliver 1A.

9. What if the foldable solar panel isn't charging my devices?

1. Check if the input voltage of your device is 5V or 18V.
2.If it's a cloudy day or indirect from sunshine,there may be current fluctuation which in turn, may block charging. So please put this solar panel in the sun directly or wait for the sunny day.
3. Please wipe the panel with a damp cloth before use to avoid scratching.
4.Stay away from fire, water and chemical liquid.

10. If it's partially cloudy or dark, will the charger still work?

Yes,but the charging efficiency will be low causing prolonged charging time.

11. Will this solar panel charge my laptop?

Yes, but please make sure that the power of your device is 12-18V.

12. Will 100W solar panel pull the electriced in RV, trailor? Is the solar controller needed?

If Other solar panels charge our power supply, a solar controller isn't needed, since it's included in our power station. However, if our solar panels give power for batteries of some cars, the solar controller is needed, because their batteries are not protected.

13. Can the 100W solar panel be chained with other solar panels for faster charging?

No. Rockpals 100W solar panel isn't parallel capable and couldn't be in parallel with any other solar panel.
